ERA Construction Group Pty Ltd is licensed as a building contractor (issued in South Australia). We are not a registered domestic builder and do not act as one.
Building Supervisor Licence
Held by our director, Navi Saharan. Issued in South Australia.
Diploma of Building & Construction
Navi’s formal building qualification. It covers site supervision, costing and building rules.
Trade capabilities
Carpentry and timber framing. Bricklaying. Solid plastering and rendering. Wall and floor tiling.
ERA Construction Group works as a construction contractor, not as a registered builder. Work that needs a registered builder is done under the client’s builder. All our services meet the licensing and registration rules of the state we work in. Ask for licence numbers and certificates with your quote.
Safe sites, compliant work
A licensed building supervisor runs every ERA site. He looks after safety, books the trades and checks the quality. All work follows Australian standards and the National Construction Code.
