Construction Supervision
A licensed building supervisor on site to keep the work safe, to code and moving.
Construction Supervision by ERA Construction Group
A supervisor on site every day means the work gets checked, not assumed. Our director holds a Building Supervisor Licence. He looks after safety, the order of work and the quality on each site.
We check the site daily, keep it safe, book the trades, track progress and spot defects early. Problems get fixed before they cost you money.
What’s included
- A supervisor on site daily
- Daily safety checks
- Trades booked in order
- Progress tracking and reports
- Defects found and fixed before sign-off
